Our house plans are digital content delivered via email. This policy explains when refunds are possible.
1. Right of withdrawal for digital content
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content, this right ends once delivery has started with your prior express consent and acknowledgement. By completing checkout, you request that we deliver the Plans within 24–48 hours and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the files have been sent.
2. When we refund
- You cancel your order before the plan files have been sent to you.
- You were charged twice or incorrectly for the same order.
- The files are defective or materially different from the plan description and we are unable to correct them within a reasonable time.
3. When we cannot refund
- Once the plan files have been delivered, except in the cases above.
- If the plan does not meet local building codes or site conditions — we recommend reviewing the plan details and asking us questions before purchase.
- Custom design and modification work already performed.
4. Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong plan and the files have not yet been used, contact us within 14 days. We may offer an exchange for another plan, paying any price difference.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@mimotti.com with your order number and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
